We will reply to voice mail messages and inquiries promptly and any messages left over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.

When placing orders, please specify item number, description, and quantity. Please provide us with your shipping and billing address (if different), a daytime phone number, and an email address. Our preferred shipping method is to a street address. If you have special shipping needs, please advise us.

Within 48 hours of placing an order, if an email address has been provided, you will receive a Sales Order notice, which shows the (future) shipping date or an Invoice with tracking number, which indicates that your order is on its way.

Sales tax will be added for delivery in California and Indiana.

•    Checks & Money Orders: Can be mailed to us, made payable to Bone Clones. Allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.
•    PayPal is accepted: Select this payment method during checkout. You will be sent a PayPal invoice. After we receive your payment, your order will be processed.
•    Sorry, we do not ship COD.
•    Prices are US Dollar. We do not quote or bill in foreign currencies.
•    NOTE: A minimum purchase of $100USD is required when using promotional codes.

Delivery Information

Domestic:

Transit times vary depending on destination. Ground transport takes from 1 to 5 business days, one day locally (California) and up to 5 days to the eastern United States. Please add this time to the estimated shipping date provided to you on the Sales Order confirmation of your order. Confirmations can only be made if you have provided us with your email address.

Domestic Ground Charges:

Some of our products are considered "oversized" due to box dimensions (for example, rhinoceros or hippopotamus skulls), and will incur additional shipping charges. We will be happy to quote you shipping charges for items that require special crating and shipping. Shipments within the USA are generally shipped via ground services.

Additional charges may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Rush orders: With some exceptions for large shipments, expedited 2-day air service is available for an additional $28.00. For next-day air service, add $48.00. Packages above certain sizes incur higher air service charges. We will inform you should that be the case.

Our commercial invoice indicates that Bone Clones® are educational products. In some instances, this can impact the charges favorably.

Shipping charges depend on size, weight, destination, and the level of service. Due to these factors, shipping charges may be lower or higher on the Sales Order Confirmation which you will receive within 48 hours.
