    All items sold on this website are replicas and are 1:1 scale unless stated otherwise. All Bone Clones® products are made in the USA. No real/natural bone is available on this site.    

Bone Clones takes pride in producing the finest Osteological replicas that can be found anywhere, and our returns are very rare. However, if you find it necessary to return a product, please read the following to ensure a smooth transaction:

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. However, Bone Clones must be notified within 10 days of receipt of intent to return. If we are not notified within 10 days, or the products are returned after 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

We can issue a credit to your account, give you an exchange or a full refund, less the shipping charges.

Please call, fax, or email us to receive an authorization number.

All products returned must include a copy of the invoice, along with an authorization number. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
