Human Female Asian Skull
BC-059-SPEC $268.00
Standard non-economy version of BC-059E. Unlike the economy version, this skull is fully tooled and painted, with special resin used for the enamel of the teeth.
Analysis of this human skull suggests it is an Asian female. Features suggesting female include no prominence of the cranial sites for musculofascial attachment, a narrow ascending mandibular ramus, smooth nasion, sharp supraorbital margins, and a rounded inferior border of the mandible. While the totality of features suggest Asian ancestry, nonclassical features include the sharpness of the nasal sill, the less than round palate, and the lack of shovel-shaped maxillary incisors. This specimen also provides an example of a complete metopic suture. An osteological evaluation report is available for print and download here: BC-059E-Report.
2-part skull (separate cranium & jaw).
Jaw available individually as well, please inquire.
